How many words can I use?
Use 3 to 30 unique words. For the cleanest printable puzzle, 8 to 20 words usually works best.
Can I choose the difficulty?
Yes. Easy uses a smaller grid with straight, forward words. Medium adds diagonals. Hard uses a larger grid and can include backward words.
Does the printable include an answer key?
Yes. Keep Print answer key selected and the answer will be added as a second page when you print or save as PDF.
How do shared puzzles work?
The share link stores the puzzle data in the URL, so no account is required. Anyone with the link can open the same grid and play or print it.
